What to Expect

This course is named after Venus, the planet that governs Fridays and embodies love. I also work with Red Tara, the Goddess of love and enchantment, to create a nurturing space where you’ll be held in a container of love throughout the journey.

Each class is intentionally designed to help you deepen your connection with yourself and your body, inviting more love and compassion into your life.

  • Week 6: Pleasure (Breaking free from feeling ‘stuck’!)

Class Structure

Each session begins with breathwork to calm the mind and nervous system, helping you connect to the week's intention.

We then move into a Forrest Yoga practice, suitable for beginners, followed by restorative poses and a guided meditation—allowing you to fully absorb the intention of the class and float out feeling lighter and more grounded.

Whether you’re seeking romantic love (in an existing relationship or a new one), community and friendship, or healing so you can receive love, the path begins with a deeper connection to yourself and a foundation of trust within.
