Divorce has a way of pulling you away from yourself.
You’re dealing with so much:
- decisions
- emotions
- other people’s expectations
And somewhere in all of that, it’s easy to lose track of what you feel, want, or need.
That’s what today is about ... coming back to yourself.

What Did You Notice?
You might notice:
- you feel a little more like yourself
- your thoughts feel clearer
- you feel more steady underneath everything
Even a small shift matters.
This is where self-trust starts to rebuild. In noticing the small moments like this.
This is what helps when:
- you’re questioning every decision
- you’re looking for reassurance outside yourself
- you don’t know what the “right” move is
Instead of searching everywhere else,
you start to come back to your own sense of what’s right.
This is the deeper work.
Learning how to stay connected to yourself, even when everything around you feels uncertain.
