The Winter Solstice is the deepest night of the year — the turning point, the threshold, the moment the world exhales before returning to the light.

Nature isn’t rushing.
Nature isn’t perfecting.
Nature is pausing.

During the ceremony, I’ll guide you through:

• Slow, grounding winter yoga

To settle your nervous system and show your body it’s safe to slow down.

• A guided solstice meditation

To let go of expectations and reconnect to what truly matters.

• Journaling for clarity + completion

To reflect on the year, recognise your progress, and put to rest what you no longer need.

• A fire release ritual

To symbolically burn the pressure that has been weighing you down.

• A closing peace intention

So you leave with a clear emotional compass for the days ahead.

Everything is calm, thoughtful, meaningful and grounding.

💖 About Hannah

Hi, I’m Hannah Harvey — a yoga and meditation teacher, coach, and founder of Venus Yoga and The Magic Divorce Club.

I’ve spent years guiding women through life’s biggest transitions — from heartbreak and overwhelm to calm, confidence, and self-connection.

I’ve trained for hundreds of hours in Forrest Yoga, meditation, ceremony and trauma-informed practices, and I’ve taught hundreds of women both online and in person.

My approach blends gentle movement, grounded spiritual practice, and emotional nourishment — because yoga isn’t about touching your toes; it’s about finding peace in your body and safety in your heart.

Every class, ceremony, and circle I hold is designed to help you exhale, reconnect, and remember your strength — even (and especially) during the busiest seasons of life.
